Z-Flex Z-Dens 2" x 12" Polypropylene Vent Pipe - White (2ZDP212).
The Z-Flex Z-Dens 2" x 12" 2ZDP212 Single-Wall Polypropylene Vent Pipe is a rigid piece of pipe equipped with a gasketed female end, and a male end that can be cut to length. This white straight pipe can be used either indoors or outdoors.
The 2ZDP212 is certified for use with condensing oil and gas fired heating appliances having flue gas temperatures up to 248°F (120°C). The 2ZDP212 is specially developed with fire retardant Polypropylene and is classed as Cat II, IV Special Gas Vent. The 2ZDP212 is suitable for use with negative and positive pressure appliances and has been pressure tested to 20 inches W.C. (5000 pa, level H1).
There are several distinct advantages with the 2ZDP212. The Z-Flex Z-Dens piping is long lasting and easy to install as no cure time is required. Acidic flue gas condensate resistance provides a means of reducing boiler contamination. Lastly, in the event of expansion and contraction of the venting run, the 2ZDP212 eliminates the inherent dangers found with PVC/CPVC glued pipe joints.
All polypropylene joints require Gasket Lubricant (2ZDGL). -
