This 199,000 BTU heater is designed for residential applications and can deliver hot water up to 140 degrees F with an 11.2 GPM flow rate at a 35 degree F temperature rise.

This Energy Star approved tankless water can produce enough hot water for 2-3 major applications in most homes. The Bosch Greentherm T9900 SE 199 Tankless Water Heater features top-mounted water connections which lowers labor costs and parts requirements and makes for an easy conversion from an existing tank water heater. This unit also features a sleek built-in touch screen that simplifies setup and provides convenient water temperature control. Built-in freeze protection comes standard with this unit.
