Z-Flex 2" Fresh Air Hood (2FAIGAL02).
Z-Flex 2" Fresh Air Hood (2FAIGAL02) is used to bring in fresh air to your tankless water heater or other heating appliance.
The hood design keeps driving wind and rain from entering into the piping. A screen is inside the hood to keep out birds, bugs, bats, baseballs, and various varmints.
The pipe section is approximately 11.5", which is long enough to go through 10" thick walls.
For Use with Natural Draft Appliances.
Not intended for use with Category II, III, or IV gas burning appliances as defined by the National Fuel Gas Code, NFPA 54, or other appliances that result in condensation or corrosive acids on the liner of the chimney, or that create positive pressures in the chimney system.
