The Z-Flex Z-Dens 4" 2.4" to 8.4" Adjustable Pipe 2ZDAP4 is a rigid piece of pipe equipped with a gasketed female end, and a male end that can be cut to length. This white straight pipe can be used either indoors or outdoors. Length can be adjusted from 2.4" to 8.4".
The 2ZDAP4 is a ULC-S636 listed polypropylene gas venting system suitable for venting positive or negative pressure residential and commercial gas and oil fired Category II and IV condensing heating appliances with a maximum continuous flue gas temperature of 230°F (110°C).
There are several distinct advantages with the 2ZDAP4. This piping is long lasting and easy to install as no cure time is required. Acidic flue gas condensate resistance provides a means of reducing boiler contamination. Lastly, in the event of expansion and contraction of the venting run, the 2ZDAP4 eliminates the inherent dangers found with PVC/CPVC glued pipe joints.
All polypropylene joints require Gasket Lubricant (2ZDG). -
